Founder Rich Sigona comes from a family dedicated to exceptional ingredients—his family owns Sigona’s Farmers Market, a roadside fruit stand-turned trusted Bay Area market for local produce and specialty foods. With experience in Michelin-starred kitchens like Protégé, Saison, Adega, and the sustainability-driven Perennial, Rich brings a fine-dining perspective to a timeless favorite.
