Our story.
Rosie’s started as an East Bay sandwich pop-up in March 2025. After more than a year of pop-ups and events, we’re getting ready to serve the East Bay and Redwood City full-time from our food trailer.
We focus on quality meats, fish, and produce, with house-smoked proteins, house-made sauces and pickles, and thoughtful combinations.
